With its high prices, classy interior and impeccable service, there is no mistaking which end of the market this establishment serves. But the imported cuts here are well worth the money--gourmands will leave more than satisfied. Those who have all but given up on steaks in Taiwan will find their faith renewed. Do not go expecting a hip, young crowd, intriguing decor or music other than elevator tunes, but if you want to splurge, you can rely on Wang.
