Tong Hua Night Market
One of central Taipei's busiest street markets, Tong Hua Night Market consists of dozens of food stalls (offering inexpensive vegetarian, Malaysian, Japanese and Taiwanese snacks), plus more than 100 vendors selling clothes, shoes, accessories and other knickknacks. Young people come here for the fashions, families come for the cheap eats and bargain household goods. Nearby Tong Hua Street, from which the market gets its name, boasts several places to eat and countless little shops.
