Subway
Subway is an American fast food chain that makes buying a sandwich in Taiwan remarkably easy in a place where rice and noodles dominate. This place is considerably more expensive than what you would pay for local Chinese food, but in order to satisfy your Western food craving, the additional cost may be worth it. The restaurant gets very busy at lunchtime and is slower in the evenings. The variety of fillings that you would expect anywhere else is available.
