N.Y. Bagels
This cafe, only several years old, was a godsend for those who crave good bagels. The owner, a young Taiwanese man, spent many years in New York. Frustrated by the fact that there were no good bagels in Taipei, he worked out a deal with ultra-famous H&H Bagels to import half-baked bagels. These bagels are hearty and delicious. Order a special set meal including a bagel with cream cheese, toppings such as lox, ham and vegetables. The cafe is nicely decorated and situated across the street from a park, so the view is good.
