Celestial Restaurant
Celestial is possibly Taipei's most popular Peking duck restaurant. Each duck costs TWD750 and is roasted golden-brown, then brought out to the table for the customer's approval. The duck is then sliced and served with Chinese pancakes, scallions, and plum sauce, while leftovers are used to make a delightful soup. Since the duck is such a popular dish, you should place your order when making a reservation. This restaurant also specializes in Beijing cuisine, and overall the food is terrific.
